In 1976, Care Wisconsin was founded as the Older Adult Day Center in the basement of a Madison church. Today, the group serves more than 9,500 members in 46 Wisconsin counties. This year, Care Wisconsin celebrates 40 years of service with an Open House on September 20th.

Care Wisconsin matches frail seniors and individuals with disabilities with the health care and long-term care support and services they need. They offer Medicare and Medicaid programs and partner with providers to create strong, local provider networks.
At Healthy Living, we appreciate our partnership with Care Wisconsin and the opportunity to serve within this community. We have already enrolled a few new members and processed insulin pump orders for members.
