Return Policy

  • Healthy Living Medical Supply will accept any unopened, unused items returned within 45 days of receipt (see separate return policy for insulin pumps and supplies).

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless other arrangements are made with Healthy Living.

  • Please include the original packing slip, and be sure that items in the return package match what is listed on the packing slip.

Insulin Pump & Pump Supply Return Policy

  • Insulin Pumps are NOT returnable, unless approved by HLMS and/or manufacturer.

  • It is extremely important that you do not open the insulin pump until you have confirmed the model/type with your doctor or insulin pump educator.

  • If you open your pump supplies, they cannot be returned.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless other arrangements are made with Healthy Living.

  • Please include the original packing slip, and be sure that items in the return package match what is listed on the packing slip.
