Our Return Policy
Healthy Living Medical Supply will accept any unopened, unused items returned within 45 days of receipt (see separate return policy for insulin pumps and supplies).
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless other arrangements are made with Healthy Living.
Please include the original packing slip, and be sure that items in the return package match what is listed on the packing slip.
Our Insulin Pump & Pump Supply Return Policy
Insulin Pumps are NOT returnable, unless approved by HLMS and/or manufacturer.
It is extremely important that you do not open the insulin pump until you have confirmed the model/type with your doctor or insulin pump educator.
If you open your pump supplies, they cannot be returned.
