Medtronic Guardian Connect CGM
The Guardian™ Connect CGM system monitors your glucose levels day and night and alerts you to head off highs or lows before they happen.
The system includes a small sensor worn up to seven days and a slim, discreet Bluetooth® transmitter. They work together to send precise glucose readings automatically to your mobile phone every five minutes.
With the Guardian™ Connect app, you can check your glucose levels and trends anytime, right on your phone.
You can set alerts anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes before a high or low happens.
